Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping within Asia at the moment. We will be shipping to other countries in the future! 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN TAIWAN

Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at time of checkout, based on weight, package dimensions and shipping destination. We currently only offer Standard shipping.

 

Order processing:

  • We fulfill orders Monday to Friday. We try our best to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours of being placed, subject to weekends and public holidays. Please note if your order was placed on Friday, we can not guarantee it will ship before the weekend and it may ship Monday. 

 

Shipping transit time:

  • Shipping times are estimated from the time your order is fulfilled, not at the time the order is placed. Once the carrier picks up your order or when it is delivered to their freight facility, we can not guarantee the transit time listed at check out. This is an estimate and is out of our control once the carrier has the package. 
  • Carriers do their best to meet the shipping deadlines but orders can be delayed due to many factors. 
  • Duration of delivery will vary depending on the customer's location, it can normally take up to 3 days.
  • If your package is late to arrive or you feel as though it is taking longer than promised, please contact us at hello@herbgens.com with your order number.
